Please make sure when ordering from us, you have the delivery address as the Card address - this will avoid delay in processing your order.

Transactions will appear on your card statement as "The Oxford Engraver". The cardholder will be debited immediately upon completion of the transaction.


We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Occasionally, we know you may want to return items. Under our no quibbles guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition - as new within 30 days of the date you received the item.

By law, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the items delivery to you.

To cancel your purchase under this cooling-off period, please write a covering letter and include the receipt (not the credit card receipt) that accompanies your item, giving the reason for the return as "contract cancellation" and return the item as new, unless it is faulty.

Please contact our Sales Department for a returns note to be issued quoting your customer reference number.

Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us with the documents so that we receive it within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a Special delivery service.

You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or if the item is faulty. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of your order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge. We cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge. Please return any items to:

Security and Transactions

We ensure confidential handling of all customer data received. However, cardholders should print out all transaction data and keep it at an easily accessible place. An invoice will be issued as soon as the cardholder's payment has been received and will be sent out with the goods to the customer.

Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and The Oxford Engraver irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

All items on this website include VAT @ 20% where applicable and are shown exclusive of carriage charges. Orders to locations outside the UK are subject to quotation. We reserve the right not to supply goods to certain locations.
